The Peddinghaus PCD 1100 profile drilling rig offers the following:

The maximum beam width is 43.31 inches (1100 mm) but minimum 2.95 inches (75 mm).
The drilling rig drills with a drilling diameter of 0.31 – 1.57 inches (8 – 40 mm) with HSS coolant channel drills which can be purchased from Nenok.
The drilling rig is equipped with three drilling spindles.
A roller table system for material transport is also part of the plant.
The length of the inlet side and the outlet side is approx. 42.65 feet (13 m) each.
On the inlet side, there are also 5 cross conveyors, each with a length of 19.69 feet (6 m).

The drilling rig and the band saw are connected to each other as machine units by a common measuring system and a Siemens 840 CNC control.
Software developed by Peddinghaus is used for user-friendly programming of the machining data.
Data transfer from a CAD system is possible with a DSTV and DXF interface.
